Spacious, children-friendly, beautiful apartment

We are renting our beautiful apartment in a newly renovated building in the UNESCO town of Karlovy Vary. It is composed of an open-space kitchen, a bedroom, and a children room. Located in a residential area of the town, it's a 15-minute walk from a mineral water swimming pool Thermal and the center of the town. A children playground is in front of the building and beautiful forests are a short walk away. There is an absolutely no party policy in the apartment - this is a residential building.

Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Waldnähe und ist ideal für Naturliebhaber, die gern ausgedehnte Wanderungen durch die sanfte Hügellandschaft mit ihren Naturschutzgebieten unternehmen. Auf den Höhen werden Sie mit atemberaubender Aussicht belohnt und Sie entdecken unsere typischen Dörfer mit ihren Traditionen und ihrer langen Geschichte.

Stylový apartmán s vlastní zahrádkou v blízkosti Plešivce. Apartmán s dispozicí 2 kk má dostatkem prostoru až pro 4 osoby. Komfort zajistí 1 samostatná ložnice s pohodlným manželským lůžkem, obývací část s rozkládací pohovkou a plně vybavená kuchyň s jídelním koutem. Pro hosty jsou připraveny všechny lůžkoviny i ručníky. Nadstandardní zázemí zajišťuje kolárna a lyžárna s uzamykatelnými boxy i zásuvky pro nabíjení elektrokol, společná prádelna, sauna, mycí box pro kola i společné ohniště.

Apartmán u Sjezdovky 4+2

Apartmán se nachází v klidné části Perninku. Pár metrů od vlakové zastávky, pár metrů od sjezdovky a pár metrů na cyklostezky či běžecké trati a s výhledem na Krušnohorské kopce. 15 minut autem do Ski areálu Klínovec, 5 minut od Ski areálu Plešivec. 15 minut jízdy do bazénu či saunového světa v Jáchymově. Apartmán je plně vybavený. Nachází se zde pračka se sušičkou, plně vybavená kuchyně, ložní prádlo, fén v koupelně, kapsle na kafe s kávovarem, rozkládací dětská postýlka.

Located in the vicinity of a Czech Mountain resort Klinovec, our Loft apartment offers a comfortable and cosy home base for your skiing, hiking, biking or spa-wellness holiday. 54 m2 newly refurbished Loft with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, balcony, storage space for bicycles​ and an infra sauna is located on the 4th floor of a house with a lift. We can comfortably accommodate four ​guests plus two more should you wish to use the living room sofa.

Náš nový apartmán Garden´s 43 jsme připravili pro všechny, kteří si chtějí užít kouzlo Karlových Varů a bydlet přitom úplně v centru, na začátku kolonády, s výhledem na hotel Thermal, v blízkosti restaurací, obchodů a Alžbětiných lázní, takže to budete mít všude kousek. Apartmán je velký cca 110 metrů, má dvě hlavní ložnice s manželskými postelemi, pracovnu, kterou lze využít k přespání dalších hostů, dvě koupelny a prostorný obývací pokoj s kuchyňským koutem.|

Die Wohnung liegt in Tannenberg (Erzgebirge) einen ruhigen Dorf unweit der Großen Kreisstadt Annaberg-Buchholz im Weihnachtsland Erzgebirge. Wohnung ca. 80qm mit Küche ,Wohnzimmer, Flur, Schlafzimmer Bad und kleinen Wintergarten sowie einer dazu gehörigen Terrasse.
