The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

In front of the house, there is free parking, outdoor chill space, and a garden. The house is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake and 30 minutes walk from the city centre. We also provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

Welcome inside my home, I have created a perfect space for 4 people. The house is completely renovated with custom-made and designer furniture. Wood is the main element of this house but there is also no shortage of much more modern details such as the kitchen, the dining table and many other decorative details that make the house a real jewel. The house is suitable for 4 people with a double bedroom and a second bedroom with a French bed. Everything is ready, I'm waiting for you!

The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

I campi da sci distano cinque minuti a piedi, vicino alla pista ciclabile, la stazione autobus dista cinque minuti a piedi e la stazione dei treni (2km).
