Le Moulin est un ancien moulin à vent de 500 ans rénové et transformé en habitation. Il donne sur la mer et est inséré dans un jardin de 2 000 m². Il se situe à Ericeira, à 5 minutes à pied du centre du village et des plages. Il comprend également des installations de barbecue et un parking privé gratuit sur la propriété.
