På en blind sidegade mellem Holmbladsgade og Prags Boulevard, ligger denne enestående lejlighed i den unikke fabriksbygning Factory House. Her får du fornemmelsen af dit eget private byhus, da lejligheden har sin egen indgang som fører dig frem til lejlighedens egen gårdhave og to terrasser. I stueplan ligger et lille soveværelse, badeværelse og kontor. På 1. sal ligger mastersoveværelse. Lejligheden bliver din egen lille oase midt i byen lige ved Amagerbro Metro og cykelafstand til stranden.

Moderne, altan og tæt på havnen

Hyggelig og lys lejlighed på første sal i moderne og rolig ejendom med elevator på Islands Brygge. Praktisk beliggenhed med 8 minutter til metro, busser lige ved lejligheden, der kører til Tivoli på 10 min. Nem adgang til populære oplevelser som Strøget, Christiansborg, Glyptoteket, Christiania mm. 3 minutters gang til supermarkeder. Køkkenet er udstyret med alt nødvendigt, og nabolaget byder på hyggelig stemning, restauranter, barer, caféer og bageri. 300m til havnefronten og havnebadet.

Designer 2 BR Home w/ Private Balcony

Beautiful designer home with 2 bedrooms, huge livingroom, modern kitchen and a private balcony. Here you'll be living right outside "Rådhuspladsen", which is, by definition, the central of Copenhagen - with that said, the apartment is in an enclosed courtyard, with just a one way street outside - minimal noise. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and the whole place is cleaned by professionals. I guarantee that your stay in my apartment will be like no other, quality and location.

Hyggelig og central lejlighed i København

Stor og hyggelig lejlighed midt på indre Nørrebro i København. Lejligheden ligger lige rundt om hjørnet fra både Søerne, grønne områder (Fælledparken og Assistens kirkegården) og masser af barer, restauranter, butikker og caféer. Nørreport station er kun 7 min. væk via bus, og herfra er gode transportmuligheder til hele København. Lejligheden er perfekt til dig, der leder efter et charmerende sted til at slappe af og sove, og hvorfra du har kort til alt det dejlige, København byder på :-)

Modern and charming apartment near the Airport.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Charmerende bolig med egen have nær Christianshavn

Lejlighed med privathave. Beliggende på Amagerbro tæt på natur, Christianshavn og Christiania. Rundt om hjørnet finder du skønne caféer og vinbarer på holmbladsgade. Metroen er blot 300 meter fra lejligheden, med den kan du komme til Kongens Nytorv på blot 5 minutter. Haven er privat og her kan du sidde og nye aftensmaden i ro. Du er velkommen til at benytte grillen. Der er ét soveværelse samt mulighed for opredning på helt ny sovesofa i stuen.

Beautiful apartment with sea view close to centre

Beautiful apartment with a large balcony and a fantastic sea view. Only 8 minutes by metro from the airport. Enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny balcony, followed by a nice walk (or run) along the beach. Take a dip at Helgoland and eat brunch at one of the many brunch places in the area. In the evening you can take the metro 7 minutes to the city center and have a wonderful dinner at one of Copenhagen's fantastic restaurants.
