The compact, sunny Workshop studio apartment is 7 min walk to Arrowtown's vibrant main street, full of cafes, restaurants and shops. Semi-self contained. A miniature kitchen has essentials for breakfast and pre-prepared meals and your own bathroom with very generous shower. Iron bedstead bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, windows capturing views of Wakatipu's dramatic landscape. Set in beautiful gardens, surrounded by an old fashioned hedge. Owned by a young family, please make sure you’re ok with hearing kids and sounds that come from a rural environment
