Ma famille vit dans une maison typique de Siwan, qui a une partie réservée aux membres de la famille et une partie pour les voyageurs. Les Siwans sont des bédouins et notre maison est dans un style Siwan moderne typique. L'espace de vie dispose de fauteuils bas et d'un sol en moquette pour s'asseoir. Un lit Siwan normal est un matelas moelleux que nous mettons au sol. C'est très confortable mais nous avons aussi des lits si vous préférez. Nous servons de la nourriture sur de grands plateaux à partir desquels nous mangeons ensemble. Notre maison est dans une rue calme avec de bons voisins et à seulement 2 minutes de la gare routière de Siwa.
