Recently fully remodeled with great attention to detail, it also has a lovely front yard with low-smoke Solo Stove fire pit. Private, peaceful and a wonderful base from which to explore the Long Beach Peninsula, Astoria and all this area has to offer.

The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Figment Farmhouse

Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place. We live on the property (next door) with ample privacy/gardens between our place and the farmhouse.

This lovely 1930’s cottage has recently been renovated, but still has that cottage charm. Great view of Netarts Bay, comfy queen bed, and modern kitchenette. You’re just a short walk down the stairs to the bay, or you can relax in the beach chairs out front. Guests love the cottage feel and being able to watch the pelicans and herons or catch a beautiful sunset. It is one of two units with a common wall specially sound proofed for complete privacy.
