Cozy 2 Room Apartment in the Heart of Hamburg.

Typische charmante Hamburger Altbauwohnung im Herzen Hamburgs im 1.Stock. HOMEOFFICE with fast WIFI. Die Hegestraße ist bekannt für tolle Ausgeh- & Shoppingmöglichkeiten und wird auch mal als klein "Paris" bezeichnet . Die Alster ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, die U3/U1, so wie diverse Busse innerhalb von 3Minuten. Schlafzimmer:1 Doppelbett(140x200cm) Wohnzimmer:1 Schlafsofa (90x180) Küche und kleines Badezimmer. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare,Städtereisende und Geschäftsreisende.

Traumlage und Wasserblick direkt an der Alster

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig im Villenstadtteil Uhlenhorst auf einem der schönsten Grundstücke Hamburgs direkt an der Alster. Vom großen Balkon blickt man über den Feenteich und die Alster. Schöner geht es kaum! Das Zentrum ist mit dem Fahrrad, Auto oder dem Bus in etwa 10 Min. zu erreichen. Vermietet wird ein Teil von Alexanders Wohnung, der über einen separaten Eingang, Bad, WC und eine kleine Küche verfügt. Absolute Privatsphäre!! Alster, Lake view!

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkt an der Alster. Von dem Fenster und vom Balkon aus blickt man direkt auf das Wasser. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem hanseatischen Jugendstil Mehrfamilienhaus, welches im 19. Jahrhundert erbaut und in 2023 komplett saniert wurde. Sie ist im Neubauzustand, hat 4 m Deckenhöhe. Individuelle hochwertige Ausstattung, massives Eichen-Tafelparkett, wertvolle Paneele, Stuck, Originaltüren, handgearbeitete Einbauten, moderne Bäder.

Design Apartment in Hamburg's stage quarter.

In the heart of the "Schanze" is this little piece of jewelery - hidden in a side street & yet in the middle of Hamburg´s stage quarter. The apartment is perfect for 2 & nice for 4. Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

The accommodation is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac next to a park with a small lake. The room is approx. 35m² in size, has its own kitchen and bathroom and offers space for 2 adults and up to 2 children with a double bed and a sofa bed. The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

HH at it´s best!! Old building.

In einem zauberhaften Altbau, beste Lage, direkt an der Moorweide, der Dammtorbahnhof ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt, BODOS BOOTSSTEG erreicht man in 5 Gehminuten, um direkt auf der Alster einen Wein o.ä. zu trinken und Boote zu schauen. !!! Genehmigung der Stadt Hamburg zur Vermietung liegt vor Wohnraumschutznummer-32-0011512-19 Parkplätze im Umfeld seit neuestem nur mit Parkschein ! Leider:....
