Cosy Seafront Loft, Wonderful View

This is a comfortable L-shaped studio apartment, situated in a house facing the waterfront, in the historical town of Bakar. There is a living room with a kitchen, a small bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The loft is on the fourth floor of an old stone house. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, the boats and the old houses on the hill built closely to one another in traditional Mediterranean style. If you want to know real Croatia and you don't like the tourist crowds, Bakar is the right destination for you. From here you can make trips and get to know the Northern Adriatic Area and its natural and cultural attractions (the Islands of Krk and Cres, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Risnjak and Northern Velebit National Parks, the Istrian Peninsula, some amazing towns like Opatija, Pula, Rijeka, Rovinj. The town itself has everything you need – restaurants, cafes and grocery stores, a post office and a pharmacy. If you want to go swimming the nearest pebbly and rocky beaches are about 3 km away easily reachable by bus or a bike. The bus stop is just next to the house. There are plenty of other beaches within 10-15 km. However, staying in Bakar is meant for those people who are NOT primarily interested in sunbathing but rather in sightseeing, hiking, cycling, peace and quiet and relaxing atmosphere of a small town. In the apartment you've got a cable TV, Wifi, a washing machine and it is air conditioned. A free parking lot is about 200 m from the house. Northern Velebit National Park (95 km car ride, 3 to 6-hour hike) . The car ride finishes by the mountain hut in Zavižan, 1594 m a.s.l., from where different peaks can be reached, all above 1600 m a.s.l. or you can choose to walk a part of the marvelous Premužićeva Trail, stretching all the way south for about 60 km. (URL HIDDEN) MEDIUM DIFFICULTY HIKES: Učka Nature Park, 1396 m (20 km car ride, 5-6 hour hike) . Hiking to Učka starts at the sea coast. We also offer other possibilities, and there are PLENTY :) according to your own preferences. Surrounding area abounds in natural beauties, so we can decide together what would be best for you (river sources, such the beautiful source of the Kupa river, nearby mountain peaks covered by amazing forests, hiking on the rocky plains of the island of Krk). Modern apartment in the nature with a pool and gym

Modern apartment in Kostrena, ideal for two or three people. The apartment building is equipped with a gym and a shared outside pool. Close to the sea (1 km, 3 minutes by car), surrounded by forest and nature, relaxing environment and you can hear birdsong every morning. Close to the center of Rijeka (7 min by car), the center of Kostrena with beaches and bars (3 min by car). The kitchen has everything you need for cooking (pans, pots...) as well as cutlery. Free private parking included.

Apartman Mia cosy new apartment in the city center

We are situated in the very center of city of Rijeka, on the seafront only a minute walk to the main city promenade Corso. Bus and railway stations are just nearby. Quick and easy access to all kinds of cultural, tourist and all other town facilities; restaurants, shops, banks, post offices, museums, pharmacies... In the neighbourhood there is the town market and larger number of restaurants with varied cuisine. Parking is located directly in front of the entrance and is free for my guests

Luxurious five star, two storey apartment approximately 70m2 situated in a traditional old Mediterranean style house which is located in a small marina. Fully renovated in 2016, located on the 2nd floor with a separate enterance. Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with hot tub in the loggia. Both floors have toilets/bathrooms. We at Vala aparments offer discretion but are always at your disposal if a need arises. Free parking space.

Light-flooded apartment (loft) in a villa with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains beyond. 65 m2 apartment with a roof terrace that offers a 250 degree view. 300 meters as the birds flies and 5 minutes on foot via a staircase to the sea. Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Golden central relax

Dobrodošli u ugodan i opuštajući studio apartman u kojem ćete napuniti baterije i osjećati se kao kući :) Lokacija je odlična za one koji žele biti blizu centra ( 5 min hoda do Korza), a opet dovoljno udaljeni od gradske buke. U blizini je kulturnih znamenitosti te brojnih kafića, restorana i trgovina. Apartman se nalazi u prizemlju stambene zgrade te ima privatan ulaz. Nudi sve potrebno za kraći ili duži boravak. Vrlo blizu apartmanu nalaze se četiri javna parkinga.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
