Les bois sont magnifiques et paisibles et l'étang est juste en bas d'un chemin moussu. Idéal pour les couples ou un week-end. Grande terrasse avec barbecue et douche extérieure, foyer. Il y a un quai partagé sur l'étang pour la baignade, la pêche ou tout simplement pour profiter de la vue, ainsi qu'un canoë, 2 kayaks et une planche à pagaie.

Ce chalet est « hors réseau » et n'a pas d'eau courante ni d'électricité. L'espace offre l'énergie solaire qui alimentera toutes les lumières, les ventilateurs ainsi que les dispositifs de charge. Il y a une pompe à piles qui vous donne de l'eau potable à l'évier. Des toilettes portables sont sur la propriété.
