PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

All units are decorated to tell a unique story of inspiration and peace you can find while overlooking the magnificent landscape of this area. This apartment (A2+2, approx 35m2 + 35 m2 terrace) has 1 double bedroom (bed 160*200), bath, kitchen (fully equipped) and living room with extra bed (couch) for 2 more persons. The 4 * apartment at the sea house "Old Zarok" with its unique architecture of white stone in combination with a white facade is one of the oldest houses ever built in the neighborhood and offers the charm of a private land house at the Croatian coast. The beach is just 3 minutes away by foot. Its modern but unobtrusive interior makes it a house you will remember. From the terrace you have a beautiful view at the bay and the old center of the village.

This charming and traditional apartment is situated in the heart of old village within the car free zone (in a small and quiet street that crosses Zvonimirova main street in Baška) where you can feel real rhythm of life in Baška and its relaxing atmosphere from every nook and corner of the place you are staying in. The hause is more than 200 years old and is protected, among others, as cultural heritage by the Ministry of Culture of Croatia.

The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a very big terrace. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.

Location is quiet but also in close proximity of restaurants, bars, and everything else that you would need to have a nice and relaxed vacation. The place is also on 1 MINUTE walking distance from beach and sea, literally. The apartment is comfortably furnished and we also provide our guests with free WiFi and parking spot. It is most suitable for a family.

Die Wohnung hat 2 Ebenen (gesamt 70m2 + 25m2 Terrasse): unten 2 Schlafzimmer (Betten 160 und 140 breit), Bad, 2 WC, Wohnzimmer, oben die geräumige Wohnküche und die große Terrasse. Klimaanlage in jedem Stock, WLAN.
