Our cottage and over-look deck offers spectacular views of the mountains and our tranquil farm. We are in the middle of the most beautiful outdoor and recreational regions in Virginia. Enjoy the beauty of Bath County. The famous Homestead Resort is nearby for Golf. Fishing at Lake Moomaw! Kayak, tube, swim, or fish the trout at Douthat State Park or Goshen Pass.

Thirty minutes from the Douthat State Park with stocked trout lake and streams. Forty - five minutes from the Omni Homestead Resort and town of Hot Springs.

Perfect for a family getaway, golfing trips, Girl’s Weekends, or corporate retreats, The Manse features 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, a Four Seasons den with fireplace on an acre of land. Walk next door to the historic Waterwheel Restaurant and Pub for dinner or drinks. Located 1 mile from the newly re-opened Warm Springs Pools.

Brent's Cabin

Enjoy our cozy and comfortable cabin situated on 20 private wooded acres near several trout streams, George Washington National Forest, Virginia Game Commission, hiking trails, and caves. Brent's Cabin sleeps four, including a double bed and two twin beds in the loft. For skiing we are 1 hour and 30 minutes from snowshoe and 30 minutes from The Homestead. For fishing we are 5 minutes away from the Bullpasture, 10 minutes from the Cowpasture, and 25 minutes from the Jackson River.

Warm Springs Home with a view

A comfy loft suite for your getaway. Private entrance and deck. Kitchenette -wood countertop, refrigerator under the counter. Microwave, toaster oven, sandwich grill, coffee maker, some dishes/pans. No range. Spiral stairs. The bathroom is open, but around the corner from living space, has a privacy curtain. Tiny Space with a great big view! Right on the Warm Spring! Go down the hill and right in the spring, warm year round. May Not be suitable for older adults, READ on.

Minutes from downtown Lexington , this modern Carriage House is architecturally rich, with skylights, cathedral ceiling and custom cabinetry. Queen size bed, 2 roll away beds/cots. Large bath with spacious ceramic tile shower. Fully equipped kitchen with staples, Keurig type coffee maker. TV, gas grill, fast fiber internet PETS-$40 per stay. $50 if not paid before arrivals.
