The home has a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer. Enjoy a rustic, fully-equipped kitchen. There are 3 large flat screen TV's, 100 Mbsp internet with Roku, free local and long distance phone service, and access to a lakeside community with playground, beach, swimming pool, tennis, trails and snowmobile trails.

It literally sits at the foot of Loon Mountain and the Kancamagus Highway. The Pemigewasset River and its best swimming hole are right in the back yard. Inside you will find an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, tv room, 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and 2 bathrooms with showers.. We are 15 minutes from St. J and 25 from Littleton. Striking distance to lots of fun stuff. For skimobilers, there's a trail from the cabin that connects with the VAST network.

A beautiful open-style loft cabin in the woods of New Hampshire, near Partridge lake. The lake access point is nearby. The cabin is close to I-93, which provides access to White Mountain hiking trails and Littleton town center. Use of grill, fire pit, kayaks, and SUPs included in rental. Please note: 1. There is no TV or wifi. 2. Loft access is via a "ladder," see photos. 3. Pets are welcome, but will be charged a 50 USD cleaning fee. 4. The driveway is fairly steep and icy in winter.
