Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses in einer ruhigen Sackgasse am Ortsrand und besteht aus einem Vorraum, einem großen Schlafzimmer und einem kleinen Schlafzimmer, einem Badezimmer mit WC und Waschmaschine und einer Wohnküche mit vollständiger Ausstattung . Alle Räume sind vom Vorraum aus getrennt begehbar. Von der Wohnküche aus geht es direkt auf eine 21m2 große Holzterrasse in den Vorgarten. Vor dem Haus ist ein kostenloser Parkplatz, überall WLAN, Gartenblick.

Im eigenen Gartenbereich können Sie Sonne tanken und gemütlich essen. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Abstellraum, somit können auch Fahrräder sicher verstaut werden.

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Der Fluss Steyrling fließt direkt unter dem Haus vorbei. Im Sommer, bei Niedrigwasser gibt es dort schöne Schotterbänke und Möglichkeiten sich zu erfrischen+ Wasserfall. Gasthaus und Dorfladen 5 min fußläufig erreichbar.

You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Bahnhof, City, Supermarkt, Apotheke und Spielplatz sind zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich wunderschöne Rad- und Spazierwege an der Ybbs.
