Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. Cozy up inside by the electric fireplace, enjoy a movie on Roku TV, curl up in the reading nook, utilize the portable desk or get competitive while playing board games. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn.

Come to the place where the buffalo roam! Relax in our beautiful handcrafted cabin with one full bedroom and two oversized lofts. Take a stroll on a 1.6 mile trail to view America’s National Mammal. 3 miles from I-80. Stay connected with our reliable wifi or unplug to enjoy the sounds of nature from the wrap around deck and firepit. The Urban Barn! private parking

Our place is a 10 minute drive to I-35/Ames. Restaurants & a park are within walking distance. This space is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm and is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 6. The space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining area and an outdoor grill. This is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood!

Welcome to my 1947 Highland Park Bungalow in the Post WWII/Art Deco style with some modern touches. Wonderful location to many amenities. Downtown, Drake University, a Major bike trail and marina for canoeing/kayaking the Des Moines River. Clean and cozy with a slightly challenging driveway. There is off street parking though and you can use the garage.
