The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. The apartment is located only couple of steps from the sea in the house with a big terrace in front, swimming pool and a spacious garden all around. You can rest in your apartment, on your private balcony with a sea view, or you can enjoy swimming looking at Perast, and two beautiful islands in the Bay. The apartment is fully equipped, located on the second floor and you will have no doubt the best view in the house.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it.
