This is a converted 160 sq ft red barn shed with a covered front porch overlooking the beautiful grounds of St. Charles College. There is a Murphy Queen-sized bed, shower, antique sink, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Walls, bed frame and trim are crafted from palette wood, creating a crafted rustic look. This cozy cottage is nestled along the bank of the Atchafalaya River, a few miles south of interstate 10 and half way between Baton Rouge and Lafayette, La. Drive through your own little private swamp as you enter the property before it opens up to the cottage. The front porch is only steps away from the river. Large windows line the front of the home so you will have a wonderful view wherever you’re at. It is a perfect place to relax while surrounded by nature.

Cajun Cottage located on the Bayou Teche in Downtown New Iberia's Historic Main St. The property is lined with old Oak and Cypress trees with a beautiful view of the bayou. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, and shopping. 8 miles from Avery Island. Light breakfast items, coffee, milk, and juice provided. The cottage is a private space with kitchenette, living area, separate bedroom, and screened in patio. Very private and peaceful setting.

Lake Martin Bayou Country Lake Cottage

Our cabin is called La Libellule. It is a wonderful little cabin on Lake Martin in Breaux Bridge, La. Amenities include a king size bed, screened in porch, shaded deck, fire pit, washer, dryer, 2 tvs, internet and a full kitchen. There are generally fresh herbs in the garden depending on what time of year you come. The dragon flys are glorious here and if you are lucky you can see a pinkish red one. There is a lovely walking trail nearby.
