Nous vous accueillons dans notre gîte rural rustique et confortable (datant d'environ 1894) qui est une propriété familiale depuis six générations. Le chalet patrimonial en boue et en pierre a récemment été restauré et rénové en ajoutant une touche moderne fraîche, mais nous avons soigneusement conservé son charme de vieille campagne. Notre ferme est nichée dans la région rurale pittoresque de Wheatbelt dans la vallée de l'Avon, dans l'État de Washington. Nous élevons des moutons et cultivons des céréales - notre entreprise familiale. Nous voulons que vous vous détendiez et profitiez de la tranquillité de notre ferme et de notre style de vie à la campagne.

L'espace au sol total est de 1 000 m ² Jardin paisible environnant partagé avec le deuxième logement, le nombre maximum de personnes adultes sur le terrain est de 4. Pas d'équipements pour les enfants ou les bébés. Pas d'animaux de compagnie (à l'exception des animaux d'assistance)

La grande maison en terre piquée avec 4 chambres spacieuses et un total de cinq lits avec la chambre principale disposant de sa propre salle de bains privative. La maison est ouverte et dispose d'une grande cuisine moderne de style agricole entièrement équipée qui jouxte la salle familiale avec son emblématique poêle en fonte pour vous garder à l'aise pendant les mois les plus froids et dispose également d'une climatisation à vélo inversé pour les mois plus chauds. Il y a une salle de jeux centrale avec une table de billard et une télévision.

The Collins York

Take some time off to enjoy a historic getaway in the town of York. Put your feet up and relax with a good book in this gorgeous Heritage listed building built in 1907 by the Collins brothers, or head out for some beautiful views of Mt Brown and long walking trails along the Avon River, followed by some delicious food and drink at one of the local pubs or cafes. The Collins is located right in the centre of town. It is just a short stroll to the local cafes, pubs, shops, museums and parks.

Idyllic adults only retreat located on 5 acres, nestled under Mt Bakewell, The West Wing offers a tranquil place to stay. This private accommodation has its own living room, bedroom & bathroom. **NO kitchen** but there is a kettle, toaster, fridge & BBQ. Tea, coffee, and milk are also provided. Also Millbrook Winery, The Quarry Farm and several other venues which makes this cottage perfect for a stopover or longer stay.
