Apt is in Quite family building. 10 min to downtown, JBER ship creek walking trails, Costco, Eagle river, restaurants. 15 min to airport. A vehicle is needed to visit the Anchorage bowl area. Two hours from Seward, 45 minutes to Girdwood, 50 to Whittier, complementary laundry on site. Last minute reservations excepted.

The space includes a bathroom with jacuzzi tub, a mini kitchen with microwave, small refrigerator, coffee and tea. and a large living room with a cozy gas fireplace, reclining sofas and a tv for streaming and dvds only. A fire pit and outside grill are available.
