Camouflé au milieu d'une forêt vierge de pins et de chênes à 7000 pieds, sur les pentes d'un hameau éloigné, mais accessible, appelé Chalnichina (50 kms de Mukteshwar), est une retraite privée de 02 chambres à coucher à juste titre appelé "La maison sur la pente". La maison se trouve sur plusieurs champs en terrasse donnant la place à une architecture à superposition unique. Une lucarne entièrement vitrée traverse le toit et fait la transition vers le mur avant de la maison offrant une vue imprenable sur les sommets enneigés de l'Himalaya tels que Trishul .
