Full kitchen, 1.5 baths, private queen bed downstairs, two twin beds in the loft off the sitting room, covered porch, high speed internet, heating, air conditioning, W/D, BBQ, firepit, Nespresso coffee, and 100% SOLAR POWERED. Note: the tiny house sits on the same property as the owner's.

Great location for access to tons of hiking, flyfishing and other outdoor activities in the beautiful Bitterroot valley. Large shower with dual shower heads, stainless appliances and plenty of room to cook, two large decks for outdoor lounging and grilling. Note: the last mile or so is a primitive road. Trucks and sedans are fine but any vehicle with a low profile isn't recommended

Yurt, Farm Stay w Breakfast

This unique farm stay is just what your soul needs. Quiet and relaxing you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can hear the goats baa, emus drum, cows moo, and roosters crow. Everything you need for a gluten free waffle breakfast is provided. Quality WiFi and a Roku tv for streaming means you can binge watch all you want. There is a mini split that keeps the yurt cool in the summer and warm in the winter. As well as a pellet stove for that extra warmth in the winter months.

For snow lovers, we’re minutes away from the spectacular Lolo pass, and Lost Trail ski areas.

A beautiful country setting tucked away in its only little valley offering privacy, peace, quiet, serenity with amazing sunsets and starlit nights. The guest house is spacious, comfy and cozy with A/C. A fully stocked kitchen with open living room. Your own BBGrill. Don’t feel like cooking, 6 miles to Florence offering breweries-restaurants or a pizza place (Bears Lair will deliver).Turkeys and deer meander through. Property is on 2.3 acres at the end of the road and borders 25 acres.

Mountain View Yurt

Enjoy a unique experience in a Montana built yurt. Our place was created for a Montana experience in mind. Our property is settled with little neighbors and breathtaking views. Guest will have access to a private entrance and a private bathroom area that includes a composting toilet and outdoor shower (seasonally May - October). Our yurt has a king size bed alongside a small cot for a third guest. You will enjoy the serene sounds of nature and the peace under the Montana starlit sky.

The Bitterroot Bunkhouse

Welcome to our beautiful barndominium nestled in the stunning Bitterroot Valley of Montana! Our barndo offers a combination of rustic charm and modern luxury, making it the ideal destination for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or city escape. With easy access to charming towns like Stevensville, Missoula, and Darby, as well as nearby attractions like the Bitterroot National Forest and Lost Trail Powder Mountain, our barndominium is the perfect home base for your Montana adventure.

Cozy Cottage overlooking the Bitterroot Valley

This fun cottage is located on the east side of the Bitterroot Valley, bordered on three sides by state land, so there is room to hike. A 10 minute drive brings you to the Bitterroot River, known for its excellent fly fishing. Across the valley are numerous trail heads that lead into the Bitterroot Mountains. By renting with us, guests agree to the terms of the contract. 2 night minimum stay. No animals allowed due to pet dander that is difficult to remove, and severe allergies to it.

The Sapphire Trout

Nestled in the Sapphire Mountains on 24 acres just outside Stevensville, Montana, is the Sapphire Trout. With panoramic views of the Bitterroot Mountains only ten minutes from the Bitterroot River and highway 93, the area offers hiking, boating, biking, fishing, hunting and many more activities. The open living area is cozy with, a flat screen TV for entertainment and a traditional wood stove for cool Montana evenings. A perfect location for a weekend getaway or an extended stay for a rejuvenating remote work environment. The kitchen is well-equipped for home cooking plus the Hot Tub is a bonus!

Sapphire A-Frame

Welcome to the Sapphire A-frame, a beautiful, brand new cabin in the Bitterroot valley of western Montana, set at the foothills of the Sapphire Mountains. Our cabin is the perfect combination of comfortable modern amenities, with access to all of Montana's incredible attractions and recreation. The cabin is easily accessed year round by any vehicle, and is only ten minutes from downtown Stevensville, a wonderful community.
