Opposite an old church with views across the valley it offers an an ideal getaway with walks in every direction and outdoor activities (canoeing, climbing, horse riding) further afield. Local events include: The Abergavenny Food Festival, Crickhowell Walking Festival, Haye Literary Festival, The Green Man. The village is two miles away with shops and pubs.

Our cottage is a lounge/Kitchen that is light & airy with French doors leading to the patio, I supply milk, Tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, cake, biscuits, We have a washing machine & Tumble dryer in the kitchen, These are NOT for use of one Night Stays, Only for guests staying 4 days or longer. Upstairs, double bedroom, TV, Hairdryer, wardrobe, hangers, bedside cabinets lamps, Iron & ironing Board. Have fun with the whole family in this Stylish and Beautifully converted cottage in the Heart of the Brecon Beacons. Nestle up in front of the wood burning stove on a cold night, enjoy a BBQ on the patio or a morning drink on the balcony. The cottage is within an active small holding complex that hosts a variety of friendly farm animals. Perfect for a couple or just yourself but will take up to 3 adults. Nesting between the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains - prefect base for Walking, Cycling, TET trails UK, fly fishing, horse riding, Wild water swimming, bird watching, star gazing and more. Llangynidr - 2 mins drive/ 30min walk. Has two pubs and a great village shop (8am-8pm) it has everything and serves a brilliant breakfast! From Llangynidr you have the canal which offers an easy walk either way and Tor y foel mountain.

You can enjoy the fantastic views and scenery, take a walk around our farm and interact with the animals (donkeys, chickens, dogs). Hidden down a cobbled lane, this 18th century workers cottage has oodles of charm. An open fireplace, oak beams and traditional furniture allows you to step back in time and really relax. But there is still the benefit of modern life; wifi and a power shower! There are so many walks in the area: The Brecon canal, river Usk and Crickhowell are all close. Crickhowell has a selection of independent shops, pubs and cafes. Walking guides and maps are provided.
