We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.

Spend a weekend away to gather with friends and family, host a small group event, or business meeting! The home has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms. and an open kitchen designed for entertaining. For outdoor festivities, there are two large porches and a separate pavilion! Located 15 minutes east of Lee's Summit.

Relax at Berdie's Nest and Overlook

Family-friendly home on acreage with a great view of the valley with access to the pool, playground, and baseball/softball field. The house sleeps up to 11, but we can accommodate larger groups with seasonal off-grid cabin stays, camping, and (1) RV connection (electric and water, no sewer) all for additional cost. The private suite features a king bed, private bath with shower, whirlpool tub and mini kitchen. The mini kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, small stove, microwave and sink. The suite also boasts a private entrance and deck.

Games and cards in bedroom closet. Stocked kitchen with spices- blender-instant pot-crock pot-toaster. 30 minutes from Downtown KC and 20 minutes from Kauffman Stadium. A wonderful family place, not a party place.
