Private parking right near the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.

We're also walking distance to University of Washington Bothell Campus and Cascadia College, and the Woodinville Wine Country is just a 10 minute drive away. Downtown Seattle attractions are 1/2 hour by car; Bellevue and Lynnwood are a 20 minute drive.
