We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). I live upstairs with my husband and a 4 year old boy! We maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am :)
