Newly renovated upstairs loft in downtown Cleveland. A very short walk to Deer Park or Lee University. You will have the entire second story of this 1920s home. One bedroom with a queen bed, one living room, and one bathroom. Original hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, custom tile shower, hot & high pressure water. Full kitchen with sink, fridge w/ice maker, electric range, and pantry. No dishwasher. Has separate private outside entrance up one flight of stairs.

This charming historic home is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house located blocks from Lee University in the Historic District of Cleveland. It is 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water Center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is a fully stocked kitchen, front porch, back deck patio with fire pit and privacy fence for the pups. Snacks and waters are available upon arrival as well.
