Breezeway Guest House - Franklin, TN

Secluded, serene and private, the Guest House is a 2-story cottage that is attached to the main house through a breezeway. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. We recognize the experience is as important as the stay.

A cozy hideaway in a quiet neighborhood, with a small patio, garden, and creek beyond. Only 20 minutes to downtown, 15 to Vanderbilt. Super comfy queen bed, plus two additional sleeping options: a chaise in the bedroom, and a twin-size daybed in the the living room. Keurig coffeemaker and bottled water dispenser. Covered parking at your door.

Walk to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops, and all of the Franklin festivals including Pilgrimage. Downstairs has a sofa bed, kitchenette, bar eating area and TV. Upstairs is a queen bed, full bath, and TV. Kitchenette has sink, refrigerator/freezer. Private parking and entrance.

Our goal is to provide our guests with a comfy space that is convertible to their needs whether it be a quiet nook to spend the weekend in, or a launch pad for your Nashville adventure! Quiet neighborhood 15-20 minutes to BNA, downtown Nashville and The Grand Ole Opry. Recently renovated, 1 bedroom/studio feel with kitchenette. Full Bathroom (shower only), lofted sitting area (not currently heated or cooled). 1 queen size bed for 2 adults.
