Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. It has every home comfort, 55" OLED TV incl. full cable & streaming TV. Free off street parking. Own front door. Very fast (secure) Wi-Fi.

Downs View Cottage

Our detached home is situated on the borders of the South downs , with beautiful views and the option to take long walks with your doggie friends if you wish to bring them. With a short 10 minute walk to the beach from there you can take the under cliff walk into Brighton . The famous listed Saltdean Lido is a popular tourist attraction with a community centre and an open air pool in the summer months . Saltdean welcomes families and provides a cheaper and more tranquil alternative to Brighton

Tawney's. Close to Brighton

Tawney's is a luxurious, single-story bungalow set in the heart of the Sussex countryside; beside Blacklands Farm Campsite. The fully headed bungalow has one double bedroom, bathroom, a very spacious living area and a fully equipped, modern kitchen/diner with french windows out to a secluded garden. Perfect to sit back and enjoy the countryside. Only 20mins drive to Brighton and the seaside. Well behaved dogs welcome (not on furniture)- £35 per dog per stay. Check out our two-bed Lodges too!

Large two bedroom open plan bungalow with sauna

Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

Shoreham-by-Sea old fishing village in West Sussex

This is a split-level chalet bungalow. Although private, the accommodation is not self-contained and the short hallway is shared with the host. The host is committed to the Enhance Cleaning Process and Safety Requirements created by Airbnb. There is an extra charge for the use of the single room. Price quoted is for 1 or 2 people sharing the double room. Guests have private use of shower/toilet and of the open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, Smart TV including WIFI.

Home in Telscombe cliffs, East Sussex

We offer a 2 Bedroom Detached Bungalow surrounded by beautiful gardens and a decking area with table & benches. We are located 20 minutes from Brighton by car. The Cliff Top Walks are a 10 minute walk away. They have beautiful views towards the Sea and Brighton. Buses 14, 14c run just across the street approx 20mins to Brighton Pier. 10 mins to Historic Rottingdean Village and 20mins by car to Brighton. When returning get off at Cavendish close.

The Old Parlour - Rural Location

The Old Parlour at Norton Farm is a small bungalow with wheelchair access situated in a hamlet called Norton, East Sussex. We are nicely tucked away from the busy world whilst still being close enough to the shops and seaside, which are about 2 miles away. Norton is conveniently situated for Walkers who want to explore the South Downs. We are roughly a 2 mile walk via footpaths to the South Downs Way.

Entire little orange bungalow, 10 mins from beach

This comfortable bungalow being situated in Southwick makes for an excellent low cost visit to Brighton and surrounding areas as it's easy to travel in (train or bus both direct, cheap and quick) but cheaper to rent and away from the noisy aspect of the city! You also have the choice of the quieter end of the beach!
