Beautiful Apartment Connected to an Art Gallery

This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. With hardwood floors and black and white fixtures, each space has an elegant charm and character. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Mitte neighborhood is within walking distance to many of the city's iconic locations such as Checkpoint Charlie with superb shopping, dining, and nightlife nearby as well. Hollerhof - Urwüchsiges Paradies-Kreativurlaub

Die Gästewohnung gehört zum Hollerhof, dessen Atmosphäre ich als Künstlerin geprägt habe. Du findest Ruhe und Entspannung unter alten Bäumen, auf sonniger Wiese, in schattigen Gartenoasen, es gibt Hängematten, Lagerfeuer und ein Ruinengärtchen mit Terrasse. 5 Gehminuten nah ist der Krumme See, rundum tolle Landschaft. Für eine kreative Auszeit biete ich alles, was du brauchst. Der originale bezaubernde Tanzsaal kann für Partys, Hochzeiten, Musik, Film, Fotoshootings und anderes gemietet werden.

woanders - stilvoll & gemütliches Stadt-Apartment

Das 82qm grosse Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und doch mittendrin im lebendigen Akazienkiez. Unzählige Spielplätze, nette Restaurants, Bars, Modegeschäfte, Galerien, Bioläden, Spielwarengeschäfte, Buchhandlungen und Bäcker sind alle unmittelbar in der Nachbarschaft zu finden. Jeden Samstag ist Markt auf dem Winterfeldtmarkt. Direkt um die Ecke kann man sich ein Fahrrad mieten. Die nächste U-Bahn Station, S-Bahn sowie Busse sind alle unmittelbar zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Wir lieben Kontraste - Im Schloss Lanke vermieten wir im Dachgeschoss ein großzügiges 100 qm großes Loft. Ein Schloss-Loft. Außen französische Neorenaissance, Innen dezenter Minimalismus. Urbaner Wohnkomfort trifft die üppige Natur des Naturparks Barnim. Beide zusammen schaffen den perfekten Rahmen für Ruhe, Entspannung und Entschleunigung. Im Schloss Lanke befinden sich neben Ferienwohnungen die Wohnungen der Eigentümer sowie Büroflächen im Erdgeschoss. Wir respektieren unsere Privatsphären.

Stunning, totally private souterrain apartment

A unique, wonderful hideaway! The apartment has recently been renovated and complete interior designed by the owner who managed to match beautiful features with pragmatic living. It enjoys its own private entrance trough the garden and is situated in a prime location in Kreuzberg. In the vicinity you will find beautiful shops, supermarkets, restaurants, museums and Berlin's most popular parks. The apartment is the perfect base for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families.

Sexy Central Flat with View, Home Working Perfect!

This is the flat I live in and it is not a hotel or a holiday apartment! I rent it when I am out of town, I have been living here for 14 years so you will find my personal belongings (no valuables) and a lot of love in the apartment so treat it as if it was yours! Beautiful, 160m2 (or 1700 square feet) apartment in an older building with stucco and high ceilings close to the main station in the heart of Berlin (area Berlin-Mitte). The nicely renovated kitchen/living room with a long table is perfect for friendly get-togethers. Wifi, linen, bath and hand towels, skin-friendly soap, and green gas and electricity included. There are no additional charges. We love families - children up to 12 years are free of charge.

Unsere 70 m² große Gästewohnung (2 Zimmer, Küche, Bad und großer Garten) in idyllischer Lage am Rande des Niederoderbruchs bietet Raum für Erholung und Landleben.Auf unserem Hof leben viele Tiere. Ein Badesee im Dorf ist fußgängig erreichbar - die Alte Oder, Wald, Wiesen und Felder laden zum Naturerlebnis und einfach nur "Seele baumeln lassen" ein. Geeignet auch für Aktiv-Urlauber*innen, Radler*innen und besonders Familien mit Kindern. Alles ist da :-)

Direkt hinter der Scheune lädt ein großer Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grill und Feuerstelle sowie Klettergerüst, Schaukel und Sandkasten zum verweilen ein.
