Dairy cottage is in the forest, on a 1.3 acre garden and we live nearby. This peaceful very rural location down little country lanes is 1000ft above sea level. The cottage is 100% pet friendly. The garden is fenced and completely private. It has a patio area with a table and seating with a BBQ/fire pit. The area is renowned for its peace and tranquility offering a quiet, relaxing break with all the mod cons. Beaches within 40 mins and local shop 15mins away. Main shopping centre 30mins away.

Only 5 miles from the coast, it is well positioned for access to spectacular sandy beaches and beautiful countryside. The picturesque market town of Newcastle Emlyn with local amenities, antiques, pubs and cafes is 5 mins away. Relax in the tranquility, the heated swimming pool or walk through natural meadows. Pets are very welcome.

Y Caban is a newly completed one bedroom cabin located in the lovely mature grounds of our 30 acre holding and enjoys uninterrupted views of the three counties of West Wales; Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokshire. You will have the benefit of your own spacious quarter acre private lawn area, garden furniture, bbq and outdoor wood burning stove for those chilly star gazing nights. Y Caban is within a dog safe boundary area enabling you to relax & your pet to safely explore the garden.
