Bright Hillside Studio with Leafy Gardens

Brew some coffee and step out into a tiered hillside garden and have a seat on deck patio of this enchanting hideaway. Charming interiors feature terra-cotta tile floors, eclectic artworks, and traditional furnishings, forging a laid-back atmosphere. Check out the Accessibility pictures for the lay of the land! Note: the TV is an Apple TV to be used with your subscriptions. The studio is the entire bottom floor of a 3 story house. It has its own separate access through the garden and is completely private from the rest of the house. A bathroom, kitchenette, dining/study area are included within your studio space. Laundry and Apple TV available upon request. Garden space and access is shared. Enjoy the deck and outdoor dining and lounging facilities as well as a gorgeous sunset view of LA. The entire bottom floor of the house is yours. Garden access is shared, as are the laundry machines in the main house. We are available at all times by phone, text or email. Bordering the neighborhoods of Eagle Rock and Highland Park, the area has an understated charm and offers an array of vibrant restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Old Town Pasadena, a retail hub with charming eateries, is a short drive away. It is a 0.4 mile distance to the nearest bus stop on La Loma and Figueroa. (about a 10 minute walk from the apartment) The 81 Bus can take you to the Gold Line Metro in Highland Park in less than 15 min. The Gold Line runs between Pasadena and Downtown, where you can transfer to other trains. Please let us know if you would like an Apple TV set up for your arrival or at any point during your stay.

This home/studio is centrally located - you are literally across the street from Starbucks, Vallarta super market, Blaze Pizza, Subway, Donut shop, chinese food, Wells fargo and Chase bank, 5 minute walk from enterprise rent a car. The home itself has the essentials that you'll need during your stay including a kitchenette with an electric stovetop, french press, and electric water heater (bring your own coffee!), blazing fast wifi, 58 inch smart TV, king size bed!

Casita (attached apartment) on the side of a historic home in a gated community in Pasadena just a few blocks from the famed Rose Bowl and Old Town Pasadena with world class restaurants and shops. FYI, This is an attached guest suite of a home. We live in the main house so there’s a chance you could hear us. 1 bedroom with a queen bed. Beautiful unit with a patio for al fresco dining.
