The Old Game Keepers cottage at Forest Lodge is a hidden gem in beautiful woodland near Glastonbury in rural Somerset. With abundant wildlife, fabulous countryside walks and views from the doorstep, it’s truly a special place to relax around nature. There’s plenty to keep everyone entertained with private woods, trampoline, swing, football net and Wii. Everything you would need is provided along with fresh eggs from our free roaming hens when laying, coffee pods and wood for the wood burner.

About 6 miles from Glastonbury with choice of either twin beds or double bed it is close to Somerton, Sreet, Glastonbury, Castle Cary and Shepton Mallet , A single storey property, with own access and entrance ideal for 1-2 persons with plenty of off road parking. Set in a quiet village location,with local pub, mini supermarket and petrol station it is just minutes from the A303 and A37 and an ideal base to use, to tour this lovely part of England. We provide milk on arrival +tea & coffee.

Weir Lodge is located in the beautiful Dorset countryside offering stunning views of River Stour & Thomas Hardy countryside. The house is located within an equestrian farm estate and only 5 minutes walk to an award winning pub and Spar shop in the village. Centrally located for fun packed days out from Stonehenge, Stourhead, Longleat, Gold Hill, to Monkey World, Sherborne Castle and the Jurassic Coast. It’s also a very short drive to the popular Todber fishing lakes and historic Shaftesbury.

Relax on the patio, catch a view of the Red Kite soaring high, or visit the sheep, ponies, goats, ducks and chickens in the surrounding field. Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.

Little Brook, Batcombe, nr Bruton

Nestled in the heart of Batcombe, our renovated coach house offers a comfortable place to stay. The cottage is situated in a picturesque village a few yards from fantastic walks across the mendip hills. Bookings for Christmas, Easter min 3 days also bank holidays must be a minimum of 3 nights, Friday-Monday. Also up to 2 dogs are very welcome. There is a £10 per dog per night charge which can either be added to Airbnb booking or paid when here.

Glastonbury, amazing panoramic views and sunsets

Flying Dragon's Nest self catering apartment has a cosy bedroom and king sized bed. The comfy living room has a double sofa bed and television. Kitchen with all amenities. We have a conservatory for relaxing evenings with a glass of wine and patio outside to watch those amazing sunsets. Because we have a fabulous view we do have 37 steps down to the apartment!! A beautiful, spacious, terraced cottage with a cosy lived-in feeling. Tastefully decorated with lots of quirky items from around the world, it has been enthusiastically reviewed by scores of guests. On the edge of a tiny hamlet, it is great place to escape in these self-isolating times. Comfy living room, large airy kitchen, big family bathroom, garden with great views, excellent location. The local shops are a few mins walk from the house. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the outdoors space. Its a whole wing of this house not actually the whole house, but is totally private.
