Our apartment is a 5 minute walk to the village of Howick where shops, banks, bars and restaurants can be found: the Saturday Market is very popular! 4 local beaches can be accessed with a 10 minute drive or public transport can take you to the ferry (to sail to the Auckland CBD )or bus into town. The apartment is well appointed and ideal for travellers or visiting family. Our apartment is quiet and private and is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families .

Enjoy a private outdoor space, the accommodation in the style of mid century, a living space with a queen bed and a bedroom with two king single beds, a private bathroom. The kitchenette has a microwave, electric jug, electric frypan, toaster and coffee plunger. There are plates/ utensils etc. Barbeque, hot plates and saucepans on request. Also the apartment is not suitable for mobile babies nor children under the age of seven. A vehicle to get around is recommended.

There is a separate entranceway with off street parking. Located close to two family safe beaches and Howick Village. There are plenty of options for cafes, shopping and walking tracks. Our waterfront accommodation is a great place to relax and unwind conveniently located overlooking the picturesque Putiki Bay. Sit on the deck and watch the sunset across the bay. The bay is a tidal and is a great spot for kayaking, paddle-boarding and swimming at high tide. With private waterfront views, the cottage is in with in easy reach of the islands beaches and local amenities, with the Ostend market and supermarket only 10 min walk.
