It's the perfect base for exploring all the area has to offer, including hiking, canoeing/kayaking, elk-watching, rock climbing, and more. After a day of adventures, come home and relax by the fire while enjoying mountaintop serenity!

Timberlake Cottages

These two cottages are rented as one combined unit, connected by a breezeway with convenient keypad locks. The cottages sit on three acres consisting of a large playing field and walking trail in the woods. Both cottages offer hardwood & tile floors, vaulted ceilings, and custom cabinets with quartz countertops. Each cottage sleeps up to 6 people. The cottages each have a Smart TV with WiFi. Located just 1.5 miles from a grocery store, pizza place, pharmacy, Dollar General and Ace Hardware.

Lonesome Dove near Dogwood Canyon

This tiny cottage nestled in Mark Twain National Forest with beautiful views and a nearby lake. The place is a great couple getaway from a busy life to a cozy house in the woods, with one queen bed, sleeper sofa, with a full kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer are all included. Several local restaurants nearby and plenty of activities that you can enjoy, either go biking at Dogwood canyon, enjoy Table Rock lake, or simply spend a day at Top of The Rock all within minutes from the cottage.

Cottage at Old Wire

A private cottage situated on 22 acres. Perfect retreat for a getaway, bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and king bed. High-speed internet at over 100mbps! This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The cottage is separate but is on a hilltop next to an 8,000 square foot home. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails. The cottage is conveniently located near Branson where there are a ton of attractions.

Sunset cottage is lakefront and lake view. Enjoy the water just a few steps away, or while sitting on your own personal deck. Hot tub with lake view on your deck. This is one of our two our modern-rustic, guest cottages, next to our home. If you need two cottages, check out water’s edge cottage. Cottage is one minute to Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal.

Our home backs up to Table Rock (literally steps away!), is walking distance to Indian Point Marina, and is an easy 5-min drive to Silver Dollar City! New flooring, paint, lights, appliances, furniture, décor, TV, etc. Newly renovated and ready for you! Enjoy being close to everything, yet tucked away on a private lot right at the edge of the water. Welcome!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Centrally located between Springfield and Branson in the quaint town of Ozark. We are located two minutes from the town square but you will enjoy our country setting. We are surrounded by woods and pastures so you can relax, unwind, enjoy nature, spot wildlife, and rest under our covered patio. We have a washer/dryer. King bed, Full bed, and sofa. Whether you want a sandy beach to swim or a relaxing place to float, you will be in a great location. It’s also located within driving distance of Branson, Mo and only 10 minutes to Kenda Drive- In Theatre. The cabin is in a quiet private area with abundant wildlife. Enjoy the serene surroundings, including our beautiful Swimming Pond, and an abundance of wildlife. Cozy Cottage is just 10 minutes from Branson's famous strip, Silver Dollar City, The Branson Landing, shopping and restaurants. Cozy Cottage is one of FIVE units at Sunset Hills Cottages.
