Barndominium - 10 minutes from Seneca Lake

Welcome to the Barndominium! 4 miles off I-70. This property is located 10 minutes from the Seneca Lake Marina, which offers boats and kayak rentals, a swimming beach, fishing, and a restaurant that over looks the lake. The Great Guernsey Trail is within walking distance of the property and is a 14 mile round trip with a paved path. Also has playground and dog park.Salt Fork state park is 20 minutes away and offers hiking, hunting, golfing, boating, fishing, swimming beach, and horseback riding.

Greenfield Manor

Enjoy a family vacation, reunion or weekend getaway at this spacious and quiet place! Greenfield Manor is located at the end of a dead end street just outside of town. Can comfortably sleep up to 12 adults but there is plenty of space to set up air mattresses etc. in the basement. There is lots of outdoor yard space, back porch, and a peaceful patio area with a fire ring. This Airbnb was created for bikers riding on the OTET. This is above a detached garage at zip code 44628. This one open room with a private bathroom includes towels (toilet, shower, and sink). There is a double bed with linens, tv, wifi, mini-kitchen with microwave, sink, and refrigerator. The stove is not working now. The Airbnb is located a few minutes from the OTET/Glenmont Trailhead. Note: NO PETS or children under age 12 allowed. No smoking or vaping allowed in Airbnb.

Come hibernate to a cozy one bedroom, 1 bathroom, bear den situated across the road from Wolf Run State Park. This cabin is fully equipped with WIFI, stocked kitchen (you bring the food), fire ring, & charcoal grill. This cabin sleeps three (full bed & a pull out couch). Get your paws on a cup of coffee/tea as you sit on the front porch and take in nature all around. The cabin is located just 15 minutes from "The Wilds" & the AEP recreation land is nearby for anglers to enjoy.

Rosedale Timber Lodge

Rosedale Timber Lodge is the perfect quiet retreat. Nestled in the hills of Guernsey County, with no neighbors in sight, you can truly kick back and enjoy nature. Completely restored recently, this lodge is beautifull inside and out with timber framing, a custom kitchen, stone fireplace, fishing pond, volleyball court, wiffleball diamond, and game room in the basement. We also offer 3 full RV hookups! After your stay, you will leave here more relaxed and refreshed than ever!

Songbird Shanty

Awaken to the sounds of nature's symphony, in this quaint little cabin. Bunk beds and a small table are within the cabin. A small fire ring is located in front, along with a chair on the porch. Multiple walking/hiking trails are located on the mostly wooded property. A self-contained toilet is located in a nearby deer blind. *There is another cabin listed as Songbird Shack. We now have electric along with a box fan and floor lamp. Guests must supply their own water.

The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.
