Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Double doors lead out over a catwalk to the elevated boat deck with diving board. 11ft cantilever rotating umbrella can cover the hot tub and fire pit table. Welcome to our charming Beach Studio located on South facing no bank water front. Wake up to the sound of waves from right outside your door. A modern outdoor hot tub is available dedicated to the Beach Studio guests. The Beach Studio now has a brand new full kitchen. The walls are all covered by beautiful paintings. There is plenty to do on Whidbey Island, at the many parks, kayak in the cove, or stroll around historic Coupeville. This is the ideal location for people that love the water.
