Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe – so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. Camara hat 2 Strände (runde Kieselsteine). Sie liegen 5 min zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt. Man kann dort baden je nach Mondphase. Dann gibt es noch einen schwarzen Sandstrand, den man über einen Panoramaweg Richtung Funchal erreichen kann. Wenn man dort zu Fuß läuft sind es ca. 30 min. Man kann auch das Auto nehmen und läuft ca. 10 min dorthin. Übrigens kann man mit dem örtlichen Bus bequem alle umliegenden Orte und Funchal schnell und mühelos erreichen. Das öffentliche Straßennetz ist besonders durch die via rapide hervorragend ausgebaut

Palheiro do Covão cottage.

Cottage located by the mountains of Câmara de Lobos in Madeira Island, with a view to the Atlantic ocean and to the west coast of Funchal. The house is just for you and your companion. You will not have to share it with other persons. From June 2025: Now with a private parking spot in a flat area, about 250m from the house. Wifi internet in all the house. Cable TV service in the living room. Please read carefully all informations before booking. Here you can relax and connect with nature.

Located in the north-western part of the island ,its an amazing location protected by conservation laws that have kept the area free of over development. With epic mountain and sea-views (the photos don't do it justice) the tents are located 450m above the coastline. If a place to relax and unwind is what you after then this would be the place to come to. There are also some amazing levada walks to explore in the area.There are three tents on the property so you might neighbours.
