Spacious house in a quiet street. Suited to a visiting family with open living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and clean. Spare linen. If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

We have decorated it with a lot of 50s elements to give it the charm of a glorious era of the Macarthur region. Close to all the main roads it is the ideal starting place for a holiday in the birthplace of Australian agriculture. :)
