Everything you require is within 400 metres walking distance Coles, Woolworth's, newsagent, Boutique shops, coffee shops, clubs & pubs it really is a park & walk location. Being over 100 years old, built between the Victorian and the Federation era, I am comfortable, functional and very central to the Orange CBD. Purchased in 2020, I am a long term project and the forever home of Michael and Beck when they retire.
