Welcome to The Flower Bed, a greenhouse cabin on the slopes of Mauna Loa, Big Island with everything you need for a great vacation. Relax on the outdoor patio, cozy up with a book on the loveseat, enjoy the rainfall shower. Gaze at the amazing stars and be lulled to sleep by evening nature sounds. Awake to birds in song and morning sun filtering through the window. Sample an edible flower, use a pinch of lavender for calm, and enjoy peekaboo ocean views. Rural setting but 10 minutes to restaurants, farmers market and shopping. Short drive to amazing Kealakekua Bay and Two Step perfect for snorkeling, kayaking and stand up paddling. Easy day trip to Kilauea volcano. Our spacious unit has a king sized bed, large bathroom and full kitchen.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. We converted a shack into a sweet, cozy 1 bedroom. With u very own porch and outside kitchen. We are completely off grid.. we use rain water for showering… but don’t worry it’s a hot shower. Our toilets are compost to use less water and work with Mother Nature. U also have ur own tiny back yard hang out area, Wi-Fi available
