Our cozy home is located just a stroll/bike ride from all the breweries, restaurants, and galleries of the Brooklyn Arts Districts and just blocks away from Historic Downtown Wilmington. A great area to explore after a day of sun and surf at Wrightsville Beach which is just 10 miles away! Bring your furry friends along for just $25 a night, per dog, and let them enjoy our fenced-in backyard and sidewalk-lined streets.

Cozy renovated historic home in historic neighborhood, 1 mi from the riverfront, 2.5 mi from Hospital, 3 mi from the airport, 1.7 mi from EUE/Screen Gems studios, 7 mi to Wrightsville Beach, 15 mi to Carolina Beach, 1 mi to the Castle St antique district, 1 mi to Brooklyn Arts Center, and many sites/shopping between. Come enjoy the dog days of summer (or any season)! (House is on pilings so must be able to climb stairs)
