Absolument AUCUNE fête et un MAXIMUM de 2 personnes dans la chambre à tout moment. Ce studio tout en bois, au 3e étage, se situe en plein centre de la ville. Des tonnes de restaurants, bars, théâtres et transports en commun de New York super faciles (train et bus) sont tous à seulement quelques minutes à pied. L'appartement est totalement ouvert, dispose d'une entrée privée, d'une salle de bains privée, d'une décoration incroyable, d'un parking et de belles touches partout. Deux chambres privées rénovées au cœur de Montclair

Une bouteille de vin rouge gratuite est incluse par défaut avec chaque séjour. Le logement est calme pour Montclair mais situé au centre. Notre femme de ménage Mikki est responsable du nettoyage et de la préparation du logement. Elle est très fière de son travail et nous avons de la chance de l'avoir. Tous les frais de ménage lui sont versés. Je voyage presque exclusivement avec AirBnb. Si vous appréciez un espace qui vous est exclusivement réservé, comme moi, c'est probablement l'AirBnb qu'il vous faut. Ce serait un privilège de vous accueillir🙂. À bientôt, Alex

Outdoor space includes a spacious patio with a wood burning chiminea. This one of a kind home is located on a 1.2 acre property with views of NYC from the bedroom (!) as well as access to a private Har-Tru tennis court. Tennis rackets and balls available. (Tennis court may not be playable in winter months.)
