Apartment is in back of a ranch-style home. There are old growth trees and lots of shade. To arrive, you go through a gate with a path that leads to stairs. Stairs have low risers for easy climbing. Open concept efficiency has large windows with great natural light. Entertainment center with cable and free WiFi are provided. Apartment has full kitchen and bathroom. Central location makes it ideal for enjoying nearby restaurants with metro station within walking distance. I do not allow pets
