The walkout basement offers an equipped mud room to dry out your gear and a rec room with a queen sleeper sofa + TV (can double as a semi private 5th bed). Max 6 ppl (incl infants). A lockable shed for your sport gear is provided. Please note that the home has a strict no pet/party rule. Approved non registered guests only (max 4).

By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

The Rusty Bear - Waterfront home on Kootenay Lake.

The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.

A million dollar house with a million dollar view! Kokanee Glacier will be looking at you in your 1200 square feet of living space and your 500 square feet of covered, enclosed private deck (great for kids and pets). Kootenay Lake is in your front yard as are the numerous 10,000' mountain peaks. Fully equipped kitchen and 4 piece bathroom all brand new! Three 8' sliding doors and a 12' bay window offers great light and great views! 60" TV with free WiFi and two fireplaces! Pet friendly!

Three minutes from Kokanee Provincial Park and 10 minutes from the Balfour Ferry. Nelson is a twenty minute scenic drive along the West Arm of Kootenay Lake. Kokanee Zipline is a short 5 minute drive and we are on the doorstep of many famous mountain bike trails in Kokanee Glacier Park.

Situated on Kootenay lake, our suites provide travelers with a choice between two unique and beautiful accommodations. Both suites are spacious and feature incredible lake and mountain views, private decks, fully equipped kitchens, and private access to a secluded beach. NOTE: We are separate from the resort, please go to the resort website for rates and times. Pet friendly ($20 pet fee per stay charged separately)

Longbeach Suites 2 Bdr. On the lake.

Longbeach suites, located on the west arm of Kootenay Lake 21 kms north of Nelson BC providing 171 ft. of beach front. We have two separate suites available on the upper level of our home overlooking the beach. The suites are accessed from the parking area by one of two stair cases or an enclosed wheel chair lift to the upper deck. A new saltwater system hot tub has just been installed for your pleasure

The Lighthouse is a beautiful newer home, a year round retreat with stunning lake views. Aptly named because of its’ height, this uniquely designed home and great lakefront property has gorgeous views looking up the lake, a great beach and crystal clear water for swimming.
