Nestled in the foothills of the Blueridge Mountains, this newly renovated lakefront cottage boasts some of the best sunset views on the lake. Enjoy world class fishing, morning kayak rides, or a refreshing dip in the clear water of one of Georgia's most pristine stream-fed lakes. This rustic retreat provides a private 1,200 sq foot dock with 2 kayaks, 2 hydrobikes (rides like a bicycle but floats), a full size canoe, optional pontoon boat rental, and a metal firepit for sunset S'more sessions.

Juju’s Pond House on Smith Pond

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on 100 acres and nestled quietly on a private pond. The house was originally built in 1921 and in 2018 we had the house moved down to the pond and did a full renovation while preserving as much original character as we could. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise from the screen porch swing or one of the docks at the pond. The property has nature trails to explore, fishing, and plenty of wildlife.

The Osprey

The Osprey is a cozy cottage with its own private dock and is nestled along the water front of Pataula creek at Lake Walter F. George, nationally recognized for it's great fishing. Spectacular views, peaceful surroundings, evening star gazing, and deer all year long grazing in the yard. Pataula State Park is 2 miles away for very convenient boat launching.
