Beautiful Apartment Connected to an Art Gallery

This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. With hardwood floors and black and white fixtures, each space has an elegant charm and character. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. If you are looking for a cozy and quiet apartment in the center of Berlin - 400 meters from the geographic middle point of Germany 's capital - this one might be your first choice! The style of the apartment alternates between loft and cozy farm house: Open living area with steal kitchen, tasteful bathroom, bedroom with space for Yoga and meditation. The flat is my private home which I only temporarily rent and therefore I m looking for mindful tenants who appreciate a private atmosphere.

Apt "sun kiss" in the best city location

Lovely little 2 rooms apt (48 m2) in the best city location, on foot to Alexanderplatz. Ideal for a short stay in startegic location: Rosenthler Platz, Torstrasse, Kulturbrauerei. PROS: balcony for smokers (!) + incl. bedlinen & towels + high-speed WiFi + hairdryer + cooking facilities + elevator + check-in at night possible + babybed (if needed) CONTRAS: very bright (too much sunlight) - LOUD (busy street -> traffic noise) - NO parking facilities - NO TV - NO washing machine - EXPENSIVE

Kontaktfrei! Apartment im Zentrum Berlins.

Hey nice People! I’m Richard and I hope i will give you a beautiful stay in Berlin while I’m out of the city. My place is located in Wilhelmstraße wich makes it incredible accessible to all the great places in the centre of Berlin. Walk to the Brandenburger Tor or checkpoint Charlie in ease . I still recommend to rent a bike! You still have a choice of 4 different Stations that connect you to anywhere in Berlin within 4-10 min walk. So i hope i can make your vacation more comfortable.

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Sexy Central Flat with View, Home Working Perfect!

This is the flat I live in and it is not a hotel or a holiday apartment! I rent it when I am out of town, I have been living here for 14 years so you will find my personal belongings (no valuables) and a lot of love in the apartment so treat it as if it was yours! It is also suitable for a family with children and has a disable access lift. There is only one bedroom! The 3rd person sleeps in the living room. The flat is 60m2 Registrier Nr. 01/Z/RA/017608-24

Die 70qm große Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. Das Herzstück ist die große, helle Küche mit großzügiger Ausstattung und einem Essbereich.

My warmly decorated 35 m² apartment features real wooden oak floor. It’s equipped with a fully fitted kitchen as well as a very comfortable double sleeping couch, a queen size real bed, a brand new natural stone bathroom with a walk-in glass shower as well as a Miele washing machine. Of course the apartment has central heating and Wi-Fi.
