A recently built one bedroom detached bungalow with all normal amenities, including large lounge/kitchen with door leading to a small patio and garden. The large living area contains a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed which means the Barn can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The Barn is located down a private lane close to the beautiful Cotswolds, the famous Soho Farm, Heythrop Park, Blenheim palace and Bicester Village. The property is surrounded by trees, the bird song is wonderful.

This property is located in the picturesque village of Barford St Michael, which is nestled closely to the owner's home. The cottage has one super king sized bedroom and one double bedroom. Perfect for weekend breaks and exploring the Cotswolds, Oxford, Stratford, Warwick and Bicester Village. Large two storey, light and bright open plan ex-granary with living space on the first floor overlooking our garden. Entirely self-contained unit in a very quiet location on the edge of the village. The Granary forms one side of a courtyard and we live in the farmhouse on another side.

The Swallows :A cosy cottage in the countryside.

The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

On the inside, beams are retained with added comfort of under floor heating, a designer kitchen and Aga Rangemaster cooker. The principal bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a further family bathroom (with bath) off the hall. The second bedroom is down a short flight of stairs. The entire property is subjected to a deep clean between bookings. Outside, the property is surrounded by fields.

Located just off The Green on Puddleduck footpath and surrounded by open countryside, The Stables is a contemporary conversion of the original Manor House stables. Accommodation includes 1 double bedroom and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with a double bed and double sofa bed providing for up to six guests. Evenley has an artisan coffee shop, pub and farm shop and makes the perfect base for visiting Silverstone, Oxford, Bicester and the Cotswolds.

The village has a great local pub, The Oxford Arms, with other eateries a short drive away. For those seeking a touch of luxury we are close to Estelle Manor, SoHo Farmhouse and RH.
