La maison d'hôtes est située au-dessus du garage adjacent à la maison principale avec une entrée privée. Elle dispose d'un lit queen size avec deux fauteuils surdimensionnés. Il y a une salle de bain complète et une douche extérieure. Une petite cuisine comprend des plans de travail en bloc de boucher, un évier en acier inoxydable, un réfrigérateur, une cuisinière électrique à 2 feux et un îlot. Climatisation et chauffage. L'espace est livré avec un laissez-passer pour Lucy Vincent Beach.

Confortablement aménagé avec lit Queen Size, ensemble de salle à manger, coin salon avec télévision et salle de bain complète. Profitez d'un café ou d'un cocktail sur la terrasse privée. Le four grille-pain, le réfrigérateur et la cafetière vous permettront de commencer votre journée avant de vous rendre sur les plages, les terrains de golf ou les magasins à proximité.

Ce chalet estival ensoleillé est situé dans un cadre très calme, privé et pastoral, à 100 pieds de la petite rivière Tiasquam, avec de nombreux oiseaux chantant dans la végétation abondante et les arbres à proximité. En raison de la proximité de la rivière, le chalet dispose de toilettes sèches. Ma femme et moi vivons sur la propriété en amont du chalet. La propriété est à la campagne mais à 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville local.
