Cette maison d'hôtes récemment rénovée est située dans un cadre calme et très privé à Chilmark. La maison d'hôtes est située au-dessus du garage adjacent à la maison principale avec une entrée privée. Elle dispose d'un lit queen size avec deux fauteuils surdimensionnés. Il y a une salle de bain complète et une douche extérieure. Une petite cuisine comprend des plans de travail en bloc de boucher, un évier en acier inoxydable, un réfrigérateur, une cuisinière électrique à 2 feux et un îlot. Climatisation et chauffage. L'espace est livré avec un laissez-passer pour Lucy Vincent Beach.

Séjour en bas, coin repas, réfrigérateur, grille-pain, cafetière, demi-bain -- la douche est à l'extérieur dans le jardin privé. Espace de couchage de style loft à l'étage (2 sections privées). 2 labradors sympathiques et 5 poules sur place. À distance de marche du magasin Chilmark, accès facile en bus. Pass pour marcher jusqu'aux plages de la ville, pas de pass pour la voiture.

Ce chalet de plage authentique est situé au centre du village de pêcheurs de Menemsha et offre une vue imprenable sur le coucher de soleil, le port, la plage et Menemsha Creek. Louez un bateau de pêche dans le port de l'autre côté de la rue ou passez la journée sur la plage à quelques pas. En rentrant à la maison, achetez du poisson frais à griller sur le pont ou des homards et des écrevisses précuits. Si vous préférez manger à l'extérieur, rincez-vous sous la douche extérieure et faites une promenade au coin de la rue pour dîner avec vue.

Sur 3 acres dans un quartier calme au centre de l'île, la maison est dans une zone boisée qui mène à de nombreux sentiers de l'île. La ville de West Tisbury est à 1,5 miles avec une boulangerie, un magasin général, une bibliothèque et une église. Inclus avec votre séjour est l'accès à la plage privée de la ville, Lamberts Cove qui est un favori de l'île et à seulement 2 miles de là.
