Blue Heron Bay Cottage est une maison intelligente entièrement rénovée, ouverte toute l'année, avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. Situé directement sur une baie tranquille au large du Lawrence, avec 278 pieds de rivage et à seulement ~1 mile du centre-ville d'Alexandria Bay ! Le chalet peut accueillir confortablement 6 à 8 personnes, ce qui en fait la retraite idéale pour les familles, les amis et les couples à la recherche d'une escapade calme et privée, mais à proximité de toutes les activités que la région des Mille-Îles a à offrir !

À deux pas des épiceries, des stations-service et des magasins de produits du quotidien. À distance de marche des restaurants. À quelques minutes en voiture du pont Ogdensburg-Prescott.

L'appartement de 2 chambres est situé au 2e étage et peut accueillir 4 personnes. La suite se trouve dans le Mechanic Block et remonte à 1874. L'appartement a été restauré tout en gardant l'intégrité historique. Avec évier vintage, baignoire sur pieds et murs intérieurs de 7' (n'atteignant pas le plafond comme indiqué sur les photos). Il y a un parking privé et une entrée indépendante. Vous avez tout l'appartement. Le niveau principal de ce bâtiment commercial historique est exploité par le propriétaire de l'immeuble.

Relax and enjoy lake living using the included kayaks or visit the nearby 1000 Islands, Canada, or Adirondacks. Kids and dogs are welcome in our family friendly home where you'll enjoy the new propane grill, washer/dryer, smores at the fire pit, kayaking, fishing, WiFi, and cornhole and board games. You can also dock your own boat on the private dock.
