Leafy 2BR Studio, 10 mins to airport

Set in a leafy suburb under 10 minutes from the airport, our warm studio offers spacious bedrooms, superior linen and a modern bathroom with easy, independent access. The studio is very handy for early flights, golf courses and located close to a bus route directly into the city centre. Easy access via the main transport routes out of town make the Canterbury countryside and ski fields accessible. Use the neighbouring park and green spaces to recharge. There is one generous onsite carpark.

Peace on Birdwood

A lovely private unit in a quiet suburb surrounded by the Cashmere Hills (about 22 minutes drive from the airport). Included is a good sized bedroom with a queen bed, renovated full bathroom and separate lounge with sofa bed. The kitchenette includes a fridge, convection microwave, dual cook-top, washing machine and other small appliances. As I have come to realise that having guests stay for just a single night means a lot of work I have decided to place a surcharge of $50 for a 1 nighter.

Guest House on acreage - quiet and private setting

Our house has a self contained guest house situated on a 4ha (10 acre) lifestyle block offering you a quiet and peaceful location. It has a comfortable queen size bed with separate ensuite, kitchen and lounge. We can accommodate an extra adult/child (double sofa bed or single mattress) we have all the necessary things for babies and toddlers. Tea, coffee, milk and toast come free of charge. We are located 12 minutes from Christchurch CBD, near Prebbleton and 15 minutes to the airport.

"Home away from Home" - warm, sunny, welcoming.

Our flat is close to Pioneer Stadium, rugby stadium, Addington Raceway, and Wolfbrook Arena. It is a 5-min walk to Barrington Mall. The train station is also 5 mins away by car. It is also a 5 min walk to catch the public bus from Barrington to Malls, and the city. The flat is at the back of the house and therefore private - you can consider it a home away from home. The Flat is homely and by no means 'flash'. But it is warm, comfortable and a place that you can feel at home in.
